Artist Statement

I like to depict a mood rather than an actual place. With the use of bold passionate colors and complicated grays, I reach to call the heart the viewer's memory of something profound that they have experienced before but is only a vague recollection, is now before them once again. It's just a feeling....

  • The Guardian

    After finishing this piece I noticed a male face looking down at the rider from within the clouds. He became the Guardian.

  • Un Peu Timide

    This is a fun portrait of a famous designer French chair which was used in several Betty Davis movies in the 30's.  Think Casablanca.

  • Fire

    This is one of my larger pieces. I do like to work on a large scale .
